In Ospree’s Accounts Directory, you can easily edit existing accounts to update personal details, address information, national ID, and compliance-related fields.
How to edit a recipient

Navigate to Accounts Directory
In the Ospree Dashboard, select Directory from the left navigation panel.
Switch to the Recipients tab.
Locate and click on the recipient you want to edit.

Access recipient overview
You will be directed to the Recipient Overview page, which provides a summary of the recipient’s details.
Click on the Recipient Details tab on the left side of the overview section.

Edit recipient details
In the Recipient Details tab, click on the Edit button located in the top right corner.
You will now be able to update personal information, address information, national ID information, and risk and verification information.

Save changes
After making the necessary edits, click on the Save button to update the recipient’s details.
The changes will be reflected in the Recipients tab and used for compliance monitoring and reporting.
Review and update risk and verification fields regularly to ensure compliance with AML and CTF regulations.
